Model withdrawal form
You may use this form to withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of your first purchase (Terms of Service, clause 9). Using it is optional — an e-mail saying you withdraw is enough. Legal basis: Decreto-Lei 24/2014, article 4(1)(j) and Anexo B.

We will confirm receipt by e-mail and refund any amount due within 14 days, by the same means of payment you used (Terms clause 9.5). If you asked for immediate start at checkout, a proportional amount for the days already supplied is deducted (clause 9.3).
